The value of gold, platinum, diamonds and luxury watches changes with the market every day, and many of our pieces are one of a kind. We confirm availability and today's price by phone before every sale. Prices shown on the website are not guaranteed. See our How to Buy page.

Online and remote orders are paid by bank wire transfer from an account in the buyer's own name. We do not accept credit cards online. We give wire instructions only by phone and on the invoice we send you, and we never change them by email or text.

Once your wire clears, usually within 1–3 business days, we ship your order fully insured to the FedEx location nearest you, where it is held for you to pick up. Just bring a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on your order. Holding your package at FedEx means it is never left at your door. See our Shipping Policy.

Yes. Viewings and in-store pickup are available at our Miami Beach location (Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33141) by appointment only, Monday–Saturday, 12pm–6pm EST (closed Sundays and holidays, or as otherwise posted). Call or text (786) 725-6917 to book; we share our exact address once your appointment is confirmed. Please bring a government-issued photo ID matching the name on your invoice and payment. Payment must be fully cleared before an item is released, Florida sales tax applies to items collected in person, and in-store and pickup purchases are final sale. See How to Buy for details.

On request only. Please call to arrange it. International buyers pay all customs duties and taxes, and international sales are final sale.

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, and every page is protected with SSL encryption. We never sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for marketing. Because we don't take credit cards online, your card details are never entered on our site.

Yes. We guarantee that every brand-name watch and piece of jewelry we sell is authentic. Every item is inspected by our team, and we record its reference number, serial number, photos and video before it ships. If a watch or piece of jewelry you bought from us is ever proven not to be authentic, we will give you a full refund. See the Authenticity Guarantee in our Terms of Service.

These watches have been customized with diamonds or parts that were not made by the original manufacturer. The watch itself is genuine, and every aftermarket part is clearly disclosed in the listing and on your invoice. The modifications are not authorized by the manufacturer and void any manufacturer warranty. They are covered only by our own in-house warranty.

No. Playtime Jewelry & Co. is an independent jeweler and watch dealer. We are not affiliated with Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Cartier or any other brand we sell.

Every watch comes with a Playtime Jewelry & Co. invoice listing its brand, model, reference number and serial number. Each listing states whether the watch also includes its original box and papers (the manufacturer's box and warranty card or certificate), and any extra links or accessories. If you're not sure, ask us before you buy.

Not necessarily, and please don't assume it is. A pre-owned watch's water resistance depends on the condition of its gaskets, crown and crystal, which wear over time. Aftermarket, customized and "bustdown" watches have been opened and set with stones, and should be treated as not water resistant. Unless your invoice states that the watch has been pressure-tested, keep it away from swimming, showers, hot tubs and saunas. Water damage is not covered by our warranty.

Yes. We buy luxury watches, fine jewelry, diamonds and gold. Text photos to (786) 725-6917 or use our Sell or Trade form for a free, no-obligation quote. A valid government-issued photo ID is required from every seller.

Yes. We apply your item's value toward any watch or piece of jewelry in our inventory, and you pay only the difference. See Sell or Trade.

Each listing states whether its diamonds are natural or lab-grown, along with any known treatments. If you're not sure, ask us before you buy.

Yes. Call us to discuss your design. Custom and engagement ring orders are made for you and are final sale.

Bullion prices follow the live spot price of gold and silver and are updated every business day. Your price is locked once we confirm it by phone and your wire arrives within 24 hours. All bullion sales are final.

We can't tell you that. Playtime Jewelry & Co. does not give investment, financial or tax advice. The prices of precious metals, diamonds and luxury watches can go down as well as up, and past performance does not predict future value. Please buy because you love the piece, and speak with a licensed financial advisor before buying anything as an investment.

Eligible online purchases can be returned within 3 days of delivery with a Return Authorization number, unworn and in original condition with all tags, stickers, boxes and papers.
